Education is the Difference Turf Doctor Inc. was founded on the belief that a landscaping company is only as good as the technician they send to treat your landscape. Because of this deeply held principle, all Turf Doctor employees attend monthly horticulture classes, which are accredited by the State of Alabama Department of Agriculture. Our goal is to have 100% of our staff licensed and certified by the State Department of Agriculture. This translates into better quality service given by more knowledgeable employees.
Through hard work and perseverance, the company has grown like a weed – becoming the leader in the area. Today the company has expanded to employ more than 30 technicians in two locations including Huntsville and Birmingham.

Management Team Kevin Bryant started the company in 1994 in Huntsville, Alabama with a grand total of 2 employees. In a market that was not lacking for competition, the challenges Turf Doctor faces were significant to say the least.
